With our experience in nursing, midwifery, and childbirth education, we have a great passion for providing holistic education and support to parents and families.
Our Programs
We have developed several programs offering holistic support and education for parents as they transition & rise into parenthood.
Preparing for Parenthood
Before birth- Preparation session with expectant parents from 34 weeks’ gestation – 6.5 hours
- Learn about the 4th trimester
- Understand your parenting image and support networks
- Discover the how to’s of early parenting, self care, postnatal health and more

Individual support programs
4th trimester- Preparation session with expectant parents (from 34 weeks’ gestation) – 2.5 hours
- Home visit within the first week after baby’s birth – 1.5 hours
- Home visit during the 2nd week – 1.5 hours
- Home visit (including birth reflection) during the 4th week – 1.5 hours
- Depending on the program chosen, can include a home visit during the 6th, 8th and/or 12th week – 1 hour

Parenting Connections
Postnatal support- 10 sessions – 1.5 hours weekly
- Parents can connect and build support networks
- Guided discussions about relevant parenting topics such as feeding, settling, exercise, support and more
- Facilitated by an experienced registered midwife and nurse

Individual Support Programs – Flexible Delivery
While we provide a guide for timing of visits, we understand the importance of being flexible and can offer these programs at the times that suit individual families.
For example, we could do the preparation session at 2 weeks postpartum then follow up visits in weeks 3, 5 and 8.
Topic of the week bonus
This email series will provide a brief overview of a different topic each week throughout the 4th trimester, as well as useful links for further information.

Baby feeding
Beneficial information for families that are breastfeeding and/or bottle feeding. Learn about feeding cues and making the most of your feeding experience.
