Holistic & empowering support programs for families

With our experience in nursing, midwifery, and childbirth education, we have a great passion for providing holistic education and support to parents and families.

Our Programs

We have developed several programs offering holistic support and education for parents as they transition & rise into parenthood.

Individual Support Programs – Flexible Delivery

While we provide a guide for timing of visits, we understand the importance of being flexible and can offer these programs at the times that suit individual families.

For example, we could do the preparation session at 2 weeks postpartum then follow up visits in weeks 3, 5 and 8.
